Within our team, we call this Doing It Right!  We’re currently seeking a Process Operator who is safety focused, mechanically skilled, and ready to support day to day operations at our facility. If you enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and contributing to reliable, efficient plant operations, this opportunity is for you.    What You’ll Do  Working under the direction of the Shift Engineer, the Operator will help ensure smooth and safe plant operations by performing duties such as:  Monitor plant performance from the field and communicate with the Lead Hand to meet daily operational and loading requirements  Conduct and document preventive maintenance activities throughout the plant  Support railcar loading and switching activities  Operate material handling systems and assist with Devco Wet Prilling  Work with liquid sulphur degassing and H₂S scrubbing systems  Assist with truck offloading  Operate equipment including frontend loaders, skid steers, and RCM units  Perform caretaking and minor maintenance tasks as needed  Respond to plant alarms and troubleshoot operational issues  Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental guidelines  Perform other related duties as required    What You Bring  Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to plant alarms  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  Physical capability to perform all job tasks  Competence in the use and care of tools and equipment related to plant operations  Intermediate computer skills  Intermediate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation trades  Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills     Why Join Universal Railway Operations Ltd.?  Competitive Pay  Industry-Leading Comprehensive Benefits Program  Opportunity to build a strong career with a supportive, safety driven team  Work in an environment where Safety is an integral part of our culture    Ready to Make Tracks?  If you're motivated, mechanically inclined, and committed to safe, efficient plant operations, apply today and help us keep Canada’s railways running strong!  Universal Railway Operations Ltd. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected for an interview will be contacted.  #WURO #WURO
